Had a great experience at McDonald’s recently. Initially, there was a mix-up with my order due to the rush, and I was a bit disappointed. However, the Store Manager, Mr. Tushar, stepped in personally and resolved everything smoothly. His proactive approach, polite attitude, and support towards his team truly stood out. Customer service like this makes all the difference! Big thanks to Tushar for handling the situation so professionally. Wishing him continued success — McDonald’s is lucky to have him! 🍟👏✨

We’d like to appreciate manager at the place! He was polite and courteous. Though, the staff denied to take the order, he managed to get the order for us! He definitely deserves a raise. Thanks so much, Aman Singh :) And thank you for allowing us to click your picture 😅

I love that McCafe has been opened in Dwarka. I love the muffin, nutella cookie. My favourite is cold coffee, mcpuff and schzewan burger.

Had ordered food from them and they took more than 2 hours to prepare my food for I don't know what reason. I live in dwarka and still the food took ages to reach me. What sort of service is this? It seems like they never wanted to deliver the food. I don't know how they can treat their customers like that. On top of that, they don't pick calls. How is one supposed to contact them??? Extremely poor service. Shitty restaurant. Will never order again.

I order 2 meals with cold coffee and mirinda but received both coke after that I call in restaurants to confirm my order but restaurant phone no. Was off. Now McDonald’s service converted into dominoes service. I never order in McDonald’s

the worst McDonald's outlet out there.. sent uncooked chicken in the wrap. and not the first time - have received really bad burgers earlier with stale chicken.
