Time and again they mess up orders placed in their drive-through. Sometimes the fries are missing, sometimes the customisation isn’t right. Quite honestly, a bit disappointing.

This restaurant has the worst operations. I placed an order for delivery and they cancel it after making me wait for a full hour. If you can’t fulfil the order at least have the courtesy to inform the customer immediately so that we can get our food from some other place. You take customers for granted. This is the third time it’s happening. Zero courtesy and pathetic customer service. This is not the case with the Sohna road branch. The Eros branch is the most useless one. Tighten your operations or ship out. There are many other competitors who are more than capable of running a decent restaurant.

Online order No. 1281, dated 1st Oct. I have given order for something else and got a different order that too in bad condition. Tried calling multiple times on immediately after delivery but no one picked up. Bad service. Waste of time and money.

The food is pathetic and the services also the fries are overcooked and hard to chew. buns are also very hard to chew the food was all very cold and then the number given on the site is also not working of the outlet. It is just waste of money.

This is one of the worst Mcdonalds’ outlet, the staff is arrogant and not open to any sort of feedbacks. They prefer chit-chatting over taking orders and listening to the customers. Would recommend not visiting this outlet

3rd time visiting this place, no matter how you order, you will have to wait for 45 minutes because they are so damn busy doing their own shit. If you're going please go to the drive-thru.. Worst service ever !!!

Ordered a wrap and burger in the morning and they sent a stale burger and wrap from last night, heated it up so it appears fresh. Took one bite and it was awful. Never ordering from here again.

Took a chicken wrap from them thru the drive thru in the morning, they gave me a stale one. Took a bite and then threw the rest.
