I don’t know whether it’s going to Zomato or McDonald's that I received my food really chilled which I were having cravings for Veg McPuff, I think Veg McPuff is a masterpiece from McDonald when it consumed hot but it’s also very harsh to eat when it consumed chilled, and that’s what I am talking about, I received my packed really chilled and I was expecting some good packaging from McDonald but I found myself really disappointed in this case, the sauce of the burger was spilled out from the packaging inside the packet which obviously not good. I guess this review is very helpful for both Zomato and McDonald.

i haven't got my full meal through Zomato. the amount of zomato paid is 150. and I paid 1400 Rs. for the meal. when I told them that I wanted my refund back they said we can only give you a maximum 150 rs coupon. Mc. Donal also does not take calls. The delivery boy is also not ready to help us. Worst experience from Mc.donal service , Zomato service and the delivery boy.

I had ordered two chicken Mcgrill burgers. Tikki was totally cold and uncooked. Horrible taste. It had just one small one inch long piece of outermost layer of onion. I am haunted by the thought of eating raw chicken. Will never eat burger again for the rest of my life.

Food was 3rd class. Worst of all McDonald's outlets anywhere in the world. First they served jli hui tiki wala burger and then they replaced with their choice and that too was very bad.

the restaurant doesnt answer there phone call..they hand over the food 1 hour late to the delivery executive
