Dear Concern On 19th Sept I ordered 15 mac aaloo tikki burger 10 mac puff and 3 large fries on the occasion of my daughter’s birthday from your outlet located at sector 85 gurgaon in Iris Broadway Mall. Everything was packed in carton and I was in hurry so didn’t check the quantity of items. So after opening the carton I found small fries instead of large fries and on the top of that mac aaloo tikki burger were prepared without adding onion and tomato slices. I was busy so couldn’t write. I don’t know how this type of silly mistakes one can do in a very professional food chain or I can say they intentionally decrease the quality of burgers and other items in bulk orders. Every time I order online the packaging is inappropriate. My cold drink always spills in the package and the food is wasted. Despite reporting multiple times they never improved. Now thinking if I should order now or not. Phone inka kabhi lagta nahi hai. I am sick and tired of this problem. Are you trying to fool the customers?

Terrible experience sitting down at the place for a light meal. Absolutely no courtesy in the staff handling cash counters around talking to customers. Delayed food delivery with barely 2-3 tables occupied and not even any takeaways queueing up. And the food gave us stomach infection. Hope this outlet improves with time.

I have ordered today few items..mujhe burger nai package mai mila aur zomata vale kehte hai ki hum responsible nai h aap restaurant se baat karo aur aap log phone nai pick karte hai..what kind of behavior is this..i want my money back

this restaurant has accepted my order via Zomato but did not deliver the order even after 2 hours of wait.... so it's a worst restaurant

Don't trust them..orders get cancelled after placing them...they have pretty unreliable service. PATHETIC IS THE WORD !!
