Mi piaci is totally worth the buzz that they're getting. Amazing food and great service, we had their MaMa Mia Burrata cheese pizza, Tagilatelle Live Pasta and Tiramissu for dessert. The Pasta was full flavours and taste, The Pizza was baked too perfection, the dough was really airy and light and full of flavours. The Tiramissu made live at the table is one of a experience and was again very tasty and as authentic as it can be. Definitely will be visiting again for all the other things available on the menu and satisfy our taste buds. Also, will recommend to anyone who loves pizza and Italian food.

Great service, go for the pizza, ravioli wasn’t my favorite. Great mocktails, nice and light main dishes as well, with great presentation.

Average food. Hyped by Instagram. Very slow service. Our pizza came in 45 minutes of order.

First, the place has more covers than it can manage. Meaning delayed orders, cold food and cramped tables (we got a table for 2 for a party of 3 and it was clearly uncomfortable. Second, shamefully small portions. The table side Parmesan wheel pasta tasted nice but was 30-40% under-portioned. Unacceptable when you’re charging Rs. 1,500. An extra 50g of pappardelle was clearly needed. Similarly, Rs. 595 for a single slice of guacamole on toast is simply criminal. Third, service is poor. Tables who arrived after us got their pizza before. We had to remind for the pizza. Twice. And this after being asked if we’d like all the food together. Don’t ask silly questions if you clearly cannot deliver! Fourth, the pizzas are meh. Have had much better pizzas in Gurgaon. Da Susy never disappoints. Both our pizzas had solidified cheese. The prosciutto pizza tasted bland. And the margherita was very average. Certainly undeserving of the wannabe, lofty pricing! Fifth, overall value. For the high prices, portion sizes were small and taste very average. I strongly believe that both these are cardinal sins for a fine dining restaurant. Go ahead and charge money but fill your patrons’ stomachs with outstanding food.

The place seems very popular specially on weekends and holidays. The staff is pleasent and service is good. Now the food, prosciutto pizza, margherita pizza and diavola pizza the base was nice, however the marinara sauce need improvement, it has to be more authentic, more herbs need to be added and topping has to be bit more generous. For a Rs 1050 prosciutto pizza you can't have parma ham look like seasoning rather than a solid topping same goes for Diavola with very less topping of pepperoni and couldn't see portobello mushrooms. Now the pastas, Pappardelle al Raghu was passable, it could do with bit more of Raghu to make it look a better dish. Plin piemontesi the pasta was hard and had sweetness. The quantity of all rissotos was more like a tasting menu than a proper dish. The worst was Risotto al funghi, it was absolutely bland, no taste, it looked like boiled Arborio with some crushed mushrooms added to it,there was no creamyness, no cheese and no flavour of wine

The food is mediocre at best and the service is slow. There are about 20+ staff on the floor yet you need to ask to get the menu, staff is unaware about the menu, and food takes (no pizza) at least 25-30 mins to reach the table. We had high hopes, expecting to get authentic Italian food, however what we got was fried and cut french fries for “oven baked potatoes”, the diavola chicken bites smelled like fish and was uncooked, and for some reason, the ravioli (starter) was also deep fried (?!). The whole meal seemed to be from ready-to-eat packets and definitely NOT authentic Italian. It’s extremely expensive for the portion sizes they offer and a horrible experience overall. The diet coke was the highlight for me. We even tried expressing this to the multiple managers in the restaurant yet nobody seemed to really care. Please save your money.

Poor food. Mumma susy is muchhh better Pasta was below average Pizza was ok Arancini was pathetic Only good thing was the mocktail which was priced for a cocktail price. Over all overpriced. Bad taste. Dirty washroom. Staff is good tho :)
