Every time I order from Miam, it never disappoints!! Be it their regular menu or their specials! It is especially a delight to try out their atelier products! Highly recommended them not just for your special occasions but those everyday feel good orders too!

Huge let down of a place. Had heard so much didn’t even match an iota of expectations or the supposed raves this place boasts of. There are no 7 layers in 7 layers of dark chocolate entremet and none of the layers has any flavour that a premium bakery that it is should have. All of them were lacking the extravaganza but the prices don’t fall short on the luxe- they charge you full but fail to even meet quarter of expectations. This town is seriously falling short of bakeries that take baking and desserts seriously. The 7 layers of chocolate was still edible compared to the joke of entremet Belgian chocolate and raspberry. It was horrible - i think I should have bought a basic cake from wengers they at least promise freshness if not richness. This cake must have been refrigerated for what 10 days and how terrible, sad and flavourless it tasted. Again not worth even 1/5th money I spent. The good part was it that it had fruit raspberries within the layers and not sugary compote but that did nothing for the cake as it was paired together with cheapest quality chocolate ever. The biscuit or the shortbread in seven layers is still edible. Also presentation isn’t desirable when the taste is hollow. I tasted some of the most pathetic cheap tasting quenelle on top and the mini macarons were pure fake and depressing. If desserts ever get depressing they get here at overtly commercial places like Miam. Also the towners need to be educated on what can be called a delectable entremet. Just fake presentation and giving it the right shape and layers doesn’t make it entremet- quality does, richness does and freshness does. I honestly won’t be spending another dime here.

I placed my order with Miam 10 days in advance, only to have the delivery slot changed on the day itself, without any communication from their team. This led to an extremely embarrassing situation where I had to place a last-minute cake order elsewhere. Even after multiple calls and emails, there was no urgency or proactive effort from their side to resolve the situation or keep me updated. I understand that delays due to traffic or weather can happen, but basic courtesy would be to inform the customer so alternate arrangements can be made. For a place that charges such exorbitant prices, I expected at least reliable service, instead, this was an utter disappointment. I can’t comment on the quality of the cake, because as I write this review, my order has still not been delivered. Miam completely ruined the mood of the occasion. Never ordering again.

Really disappointed with the condition in which this special delivery was received. An additional ₹300 was charged specifically for premium packaging for a special occasion, yet the box arrived damaged with spillage, completely ruining the presentation and experience. When extra charges are taken for special packaging and handling, a basic level of care and quality is expected. This was meant as a gift for an important occasion, and the delivery fell far below expectations and ruined the mood.

Pathetic quality. I bought 27 boxes of pound cake for gifting. 6 of them turned sour and got fungi. 3 of my friends called me to complain.
