over all was an ok ok experience. the dj could be better. very boring song selection. and the food and drink is quite expensive in terms of taste. dance floor is very clumsy. need to improve a lot.

⭐ 1 Star: One of the worst club experiences I've ever had. We went because of a promotional offer promising free starters and drinks before 10 PM, but the reality was completely different. Service was poor from the start. We waited a long time, were told glasses weren't available, and when drinks came, the quality was terrible. The food was disappointing, the music was below average, and the overall atmosphere was not what was promised. The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the receptionist, Sanjeev. He was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns politely, he spoke to guests in a disrespectful manner. To make matters worse, we were told that if we left before three hours, we would have to pay ₹4,500. This important condition was never clearly explained before we entered. When we questioned the situation, we were told, "We're not running a free bhandara where anyone can come, eat, and leave." Hearing something like that after being invited through a promo was shocking and completely unprofessional. To the manager: please train your reception team on respectful communication and explain all terms and conditions of promotional offers up front. Overall, this was a complete waste of time. I left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and misled. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service, staff behavior, and transparency regarding promotional offers.

Felt Like Cheated, The Captain Was Forcing To Change My Booking From Zomato To Dine Of Them I Told I Won't Do This, 2nd- 2+1 Offer Was Given By Him In Gin but At The Time Of Billing He Refused As I Haven't Changed My Booking From Zomato Dining To There Dine In Direct.. Its Totally Not Good By The Captain Of The Restaurant To Force To Change Your Booking Direct To The Them.. I Am Not Happy And Felt That My Money Was Taken In Cheating

Worst experience! Bouncers (Ajeet Kaur, Vicky Nagar) were so unprofessional, they can literally harass you and ask you to go out of the club even you are dancing with your friends. They behaved very disrespectfully, we never recommend anyone to visit this club.
