The manager and owner are very ill mannered people and do not have any sense of how to talk with customers. They put on a mandatory service charge which is illegal to begin with in India after 2022 and did not remove even after us telling them, moreover they started fighting on this. Also they put up VAT 18.6% on bottled alcohol which is not legal in India after GST and did not remove it even after showing them the proof on google. I am fed-up of this place and will never ever return here. Also I will be sure to tell my friends and family to not come here ever.

Brijmohan Tiwari is the most horrible manager I have met. He abused and literally raised his hand at us. The whole staff is horrible and worst service I have ever received. Anybody visiting here is recommended to carry their knives with them literally because trust me they will literally come at you with their bare hands and become physically and verbally abusive.

manager welcomed very poorly when the got to know that the booking is from District. further he asked to leave before midnight because we don't entertain much of Zomato stuff at the weekends. pathetic experience.

Read the other reviews on non-acceptance of Zomato discount and manager misbehaviour. Had almost decided to visit the place to celebrate birthday. Not going anymore.

they do not honour Zomato discount at the time of payment.. they show 50% discount on Zomato but don't accept Zomato at the time of payment
