The food was fantastic and good quantities as well. However, the place was cramped up, like a canteen. Also the staff was quite lost. They made mistakes and when we pointed them out, they placed the blame on us. They eventually corrected their mistakes but their first reaction was that we were wrong, when we absolutely weren’t. Nevertheless, it is a place I would go to again. Requesting the management to improve the seating and make it look like a fine dining restaurant at least- your food deserves better.

I found the food which I tasted to be average. The pan fried noodles were extremely spicy. Dimsums were nice, fried chicken was decent. They give Lotus stem chips and peanuts as complementary snacks. Will try more items next time

I came to Miss Nora for dinner with my family expecting a pleasant experience, but the service we received was extremely disappointing. We ordered several dishes, and the main issue was with the chili garlic noodles, which were unbearably spicy. We politely requested the chef to either tone down the spice or change the dish entirely since it was impossible for us to eat. Instead of accommodating a simple and reasonable request, we were told that the dish could not be changed, only made “less spicy.” When it was brought back, it was very clear that the noodles were not freshly prepared and the quality was far from acceptable. We repeatedly asked the manager to come over and address the issue. Even after requesting 10–15 times, he showed no willingness to help and was extremely adamant about not changing the dish. His attitude was dismissive, unresponsive, and frankly quite arrogant. There was absolutely no effort to resolve the situation or ensure customer satisfaction. The staff overall was uncooperative and showed very poor hospitality. In the end, they simply packed the same noodles we had already complained about—something we were clearly unhappy with from the beginning. This was a highly unpleasant experience and not at all the level of service one would expect when dining out with family.
