Quite unexpectedly good. This Italian restaurant was a sweet find as it is tucked in a quiet corner in the Basant Lok market. The pizza is really authentic and they even serve half and half which was perfect to try veg- non veg between two people. I loved their cocktails. It was sweet drops of their best concoctions. It totally lived up to its ingredients and good use of liquor. We were served by Ms Ushita who knew the menu well and even gave a recommendation. The only thing lacking was a good mocktail menu and song list which didn’t suit the vibe of the place. Totally recommend this for couples, small groups and cozy vibes

what a beautiful experience this was The ambience is top notch, the food was so good and the drinks were a blast. And the star was definitely the Tiramisu - one of the best I have had in Delhi. We tried de la casa pizza - super good, fried chicken - can be avoided and beetroot and avocado tart - a must must have. 🤌🏻 They even curated a drink to our liking 🙂↕️ a must visit

not for food...only for drinks...so if you are planning to gorge on food, definitely not the place...very small portion size, definitely not worth the prize

I had made a paid reservation for 6 people at 9:00 PM on 4 August to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Two of us arrived exactly at 9:00 PM to check in while the rest of my family was on the way. Despite having a confirmed reservation, we were refused any indoor seating and were instead directed to a dirty, filthy table in the outdoor smoking area. I clearly explained that this was a family celebration with my elderly parents and that we were not comfortable sitting amidst people smoking. The request was dismissed without any concern. What made the situation even more infuriating was that the restaurant was virtually empty. Two 6-seater tables inside had been blocked for another party of 10 that hadn’t even arrived, while several other 4-seater tables were occupied by just two people each. There was clearly enough space to accommodate us, but the staff simply chose not to. We were left waiting for over 15 minutes with no communication, no effort to help, and complete indifference from the staff. By the time my parents, brother and wife arrived, they were shocked to see us sitting outside at a dirty table in the smoking area on what was supposed to be a special family dinner. We politely requested once again that, given the empty restaurant and the no-show of the other party, we be seated indoors. The response was a rude instruction to “wait till 9:45.” I have rarely experienced such apathy, arrogance, and complete disregard for paying customers. The staff displayed zero empathy, zero hospitality, and absolutely no willingness to resolve a simple situation. They completely ruined my mother’s birthday and put my family through an embarrassing and frustrating experience after we had travelled all the way from Gurgaon through heavy rain and traffic. Thankfully, District refunded my reservation amount, but that does not make up for a ruined family celebration. The behaviour of the waitstaff on duty that evening was unacceptable, and the management should take strict action if this is the standard of service being offered. I will never return to Miss Pinto, nor would I recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or respectful dining experience. If this is how customers with confirmed, paid reservations are treated, the restaurant should seriously reconsider what hospitality means.

We ordered a mango and avocado salad (amongst other things). When the salad arrived and while still in the server’s hand we found a hair poking out of it which we pointed out to the server. She of course insisted that it was veg fibre. She then took it back to the kitchen where there was a heated discussion which I could hear. I got up and went to the washroom adjoining the kitchen and could hear the staff cuss us in the choicest of Hindi Gallis. We asked for our bill and wanted to leave. The manager came and apologised and didn’t want to let us pay. I just left the cash on the table and left. Their kitchen is an open kitchen and in the tiny restaurant you can hear all the talk in the kitchen. Quite clearly the staff is untrained in courtesy and hospitality.

Reservation was for 6.30pm. Arrived on time and told there is a private event so we must leave by 7pm. Asked about reservation and they simply said we have half an hour to eat. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

I booked via Zomato for a friday night so my sister and i are not stranded. However they made us wait for 10 minutes and then told us that they can’t give us a seat. what’s the point of booking then?

Made a confirmed reservation for 6 pax for 9 pm on 4 Aug. Were turned away despite the place having empty tables. Utter scam. Not worth anything.
