waiters are not professional, they served food but didn't serve the plates we had to ask them then they provided. We ordered drums of heaven and the chicken was smelly.

I recently visited this cafe with my colleagues, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We had booked the place in advance, paid the amount that was asked, and expected the agreed services. However, when we went to the dance floor, there was no DJ. instead, some random auto-play music was running, and no one was there to manage it. Even after waiting and asking again, the staff said the DJ only starts after 8 PM, which was never informed to us earlier. When I politely raised this issue with the manager, instead of listening, he spoke very rudely and even told me to “put my hand down” while talking, which was extremely unprofessional and insulting. This is not the way to treat paying guests. On top of this, the prices were already much higher than MRP, and they added taxes plus service charge, which is against court orders. Even after requesting multiple times, they still forced the service charge onto the bill. Overall, the management needs to learn basic customer service and transparency. If you are planning to visit, please be careful about hidden charges and the rude behavior of the manager.

It was a worst cafe I visited , Staff was very rude ,food was pathetic. we booked our table 50 percent off + free desert they did declined free desert it’s not worth it to spend your time and money. Waste of money and time

Really bad food. we ordered paneer tikka and dahi kebab, both were bad in taste. Our red Wine Sangaria was equally bad with some cheap wine. This cafe really needs an upgrade
