Absolutely pathetic experience at this restaurant. We had booked a table for 11:30 PM for a special birthday dinner and arrived just 8 minutes late. Not only did they refuse to accommodate us, they didn’t even let us enter the restaurant. No welcome, no courtesy, no attempt to help — just, “You’re late, we won’t serve you.” What’s worse, their last booking slot was supposedly 11:45 PM, yet they couldn’t accommodate us at 11:38 PM. We were never informed beforehand that even an 8-minute delay would mean being denied entry. If someone books a table for 6 PM tomorrow and reaches at 6:08 PM, would Molecule also refuse them entry and deny them service? Especially for a special occasion? A restaurant can have policies, but basic communication and hospitality are the bare minimum. We travelled there for a birthday celebration and were turned away at the door without even being given a chance to sit down. Absolutely disappointing. We didn’t even get to experience the food, but the customer service alone was enough to ensure we’ll never be coming back.
