Great service by Mr Nazim food was good especially the butter chicken & stuffed tangri but the mutton biryani was not up to the mark could've been better the mutton pieces served were hard & there was no meat on it. ambience is good

Very Disappointing Experience! The service was extremely disappointing, and the staff coordination was very poor. Despite having a pre-booking through District, we still had to wait for an entire hour. What is the point of pre-booking if customers are made to wait so long? The management seriously needs to improve staff coordination and customer service. To make matters worse, we ordered Singapore Chicken Noodles worth ₹400, which was also correctly mentioned on the invoice. However, when we checked the parcel, we found that they had packed Veg Paneer Noodles worth ₹350 instead. We were charged for one dish but given a completely different one. This shows a serious lack of attention and care towards customers. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. We expected much better service, especially after pre-booking. The management should take responsibility for both the unnecessary waiting time and the incorrect order. not got any refunds as well even after complaint

Only Ambience is good but food is not upto the mark we ordered kwality favourites from the menu “cheese balls” & “taar gosht” there is no cheese in the cheese balls they are nothing special and they are not worth it to have and as far as taar gosht the meat was chewy and gravy it seems like we are eating on some road side dhaba not in a legacy restaurant and in the last their breads we ordered garlic naan its worst coz they told us cheese balls will take half an hour and they will first serve the appetiser not the mains and they are correct but they should also not prepare it in advance so naan becomes rubber hey change them when we complained about it blaming us that we keep it for so much time and they became cold so they are more rubber like. Overall not worth it “There is no Quality in Kwality’s”.

Visited Moti Mahal as it's considered a legendary restraunt but our experience turned out to be disappointing. The kebab was smelling bad and tasted rotten. Even the tandoori chicken and afghani chicken weren't fresh. The only saving grace was the dal makhani. After telling the staff, the chef was unwilling to listen to the feedback and wasn't responsive to our issues with the food. Just hoping we don't get food poisoning tomorrow!

Very poor service nobody was there to serve the food in a timely manner we waited for around 25-30mins to get our order served also when we got done we asked for our bill for like 4-5 times but not even a single person was there to give us the bill pathetic day it was.
