Mr. Dube was good take care of us but food was ok ok I had chicken momo and chicken Biriyani. It’s was not fresh and chicken was hard rice also I already feedback given to dube. This is my second visit here. If you want more people please take care of quality of food and this is for suggestion. ✌🏻

We went there as a family of 3 yesterday Thursday April 25, 2024 as my son loves their chicken dishes! We ordered chilly spicy chicken as starter which my husband and son enjoyed! We ordered main course along the starter. It was a wait of 20mins plus. Main course order included veg pindi channa, veg aloo pyaaz kulcha for myself as I’m vegetarian. My husband ordered chicken tikka masala, 1 plain naan and mutton keema kulcha for himself and our son as they are non vegetarian. While we waited the restaurant phone rings every 5 mins which is connected to speakers right over our head. After requesting multiple times they didn’t disconnect/ lower the volume and phone ring rang loud in our ears!! Then after 20+ min wait the waiter got pindi chana, chicken tikka masala along with one plain naan and 1 kulcha. Since there were 2 breads served out 3 ordered we checked with the waiter whether it was aloo kulcha or mutton kea kulcha. The waiter confirmed it was aloo kulcha! The plain kulcha was cold even before we served ourselves and requested replacement! We served and started eating! Since we had already sent back 1 plain naan there was only 1 bread (supposed aloo kulcha ) between 3 of us which was supped to be for me as I’m vegetarian. The first bite I had and immediately i felt something was off - so I asked my husband to eat and check! He confirmed it didn’t taste like aloo kulcha for sure!! Despite confirming with waiter about type of kulcha being a vegetarian I could not believe that the restaurant like Moti Mahal could do this and that also serve veg and non veg breads together in the same bowl/ basket!!! This has been the most horrible experience… My son howled as we walked out of the restaurant with no apologies from restaurant manager! He howled as he wanted his day to end perfectly with an outing and mine horribly coz I had to rinse my mouth n number of times!!! The restaurant service is so slow, phone is connected to speakers and the bell can be heard loud in the whole restaurant… and manager is least bothered about the quality of food or customer complaints! They didn’t even once apologies to us for sure a fiasco!! How can they serve veg and non veg naans in same basket?!!!

great food great ambiance good staff but at the time of billing the restaurant refuses to give zomato discount that's sad so either remove the discount or accept it without making a scene
