Had a lovely experience at Moti Mahal, Sector 136, Noida. The food was enjoyable and the service was warm and attentive. A special thank you to Zoya, Laxmi and Deborah for taking such good care of us and making the visit comfortable. The only area that could use some improvement is the ambience, which feels a little dated compared with the overall quality of the food and service. With a bit of work there, the experience could be even better

Food was Average, service was slow, arrangement of tables was just Ok (A little uncomfortable) taste was not in par with the original Moti Mahal legacy and most importantly Pricing - That was on the higher side in comparison to the portions of food served. Outlet needs to hire hospitable staff - Moti Mahal is a Legacy and I somehow felt they didnt do the right justice to it.

The food is good but the place needs a bit of improvement in terms of cleanliness, professionalism of the staff and the operation of their ACs. They need to be training their staff in dealing with the guests and serving of the food as they kept spilling things.

I would like to share my feedback regarding the food and service. Unfortunately, the food served was completely cold, and the service was very delayed. We had to wait for a long time to receive the food, which affected the overall experience. Also, regarding the mocktail, we were told that only one option would be served, and there was no choice offered to the guests. It would have been better if at least a choice of mocktails had been provided. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the expectations from the event. I request you to kindly look into these issues and ensure better food temperature, timely service, and more choices for guests in future.

The food quality is not at all up to the mark. The quantity is very less, and the bread slices are extremely thin. Overall, the food quality and quantity are very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.
