This is extremely unacceptable. I just found a cockroach in the food I ordered from your restaurant through Zomato, and I am literally vomiting right now after seeing it. This is a serious health and hygiene violation. How can such contaminated food even be sent to customers? This shows a complete lack of basic food safety standards. A restaurant serving food in this condition should be strictly inspected and shut down if necessary, because it is putting customers’ health at risk. I want an immediate full refund for this order, and I will also be filing a formal complaint with the food safety authorities regarding this incident. I have evidence of the cockroach found in the food. This situation is extremely disturbing and unacceptable. I expect urgent action from Zomato and the restaurant.

we ordered 1kg black forest cake and by seeing this picture it doesn't seems of 1 kg at all highly irresponsible services been provided to us even it's mentioned that you are been given a set which will consist of knife candles too we can't see where are they?? Highly inrecommendable bakery shops worst service ever seen before

Ordered kathi rumali worth Rs 279 and Rumali was uncooked. After complaining the manager and staff says we provide like this only. If you need a replacement for Rumali you need to pay for Rumali. Very rude behaviour of manager as well as staff. Wont visit again.
