We are eating from this restaurant since past 11-12 years. The dal makhani was not upto the mark as it was like the leftover the served us. Please scale up the food quality.

This spot used to be my parents' go-to spot for even a small get togethers to celebrating birthdays. Visited after a very long time, expecting to relive some great family memories, but this turned out to be extremely disappointing. The place has been revamped, but unfortunately, it was hopeless. The service was dull & lethargic — the staff seemed disinterested, slow, and quite rude in their behavior, which completely ruined the mood. Upon asking a Gingerale the server simply put a cold can on the table without any glass, ice & straw etc. The food, which used to be the main attraction, was a major letdown. The taste was average at best, lacking the richness and authenticity it once had. Their famous chicken pakoras, malai tikka & Butter chicken were all okayish and not close to the quality they had earlier. For the kind of prices they are charging now, the quality is nowhere close to acceptable. Ambience is just okay, nothing impressive or memorable. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. Paying around ₹4000 for two people for such a mediocre and unpleasant experience feels like a complete waste. It’s sad to see a place with so many memories fall so far. Definitely not visiting again.

Visited from CP based on a friend's recommendation, but it was a regretful decision. As soon as we entered Vibe was good and we were excited for food. However poor food quality, Dal Makhani lacked lentils and was more like a curry with no consistency. Paneer had an average gravy, but the paneer cubes tasted sour, likely due to freshness issues. Giving 1 star for the nice ambiance and 1 star for quick service. However, the food quality was a major letdown. I wish I had chosen Sandoz instead. Prices are high and doesnt justify the quality of food.

Food and ambience is overall good, but staff is not at all nice. All are unprofessional bunch of people full of useless attitude. I understand staff is old, but in order to survive the new generation, your staff has to be humble otherwise you guys won’t be able to sustain just on the basis of food. It is very important for staff to be polite, humble and professional. It seems staff members are always irritated for some reason. I am saying this on basis of multiple experiences and not just one visit.

Most pathetic restaurant of delhi, butter chicken was salty and service was poor, the waiter didn’t even waited for me to finish my order, thanks to Me Rajan chandra, he is doing great service to customers by not taking their full order 😂😂. Wouldn’t recommend to even my enemy, salty butter chicken and chick chick karta staff,
