Muscle's diet has been an absolute blessing in disguise for someone like me, who was looking for healthier eating options around Dwarka for some months now. I had tried a couple of other popular salad subscriptions in the city, but was extremely disappointed with their quantities, especially the measly proportions of chicken! On the other hand, Gagan is an absolute delight to talk to - he is not just enterprising, but is perceptive and caring towards all my preferences and conveniences. I simply love all his chicken salads, especially some of the funky dressings he tries out - an Indian version of ranch is my personal favourite. His grilled chicken with basic variety of leaves and Peri peri sautee chicken have the power to really transform my mood :)I started out with eating these salads because I was living out of home, but now that I'm so comfortable with his 20-day packages, I think this is simply going to be my go-to option for the rest of the year, whether or not I can make my own. Really. Love Muscle's diet all the way! Keep it up guys.

They have variety of healthy food options to offer with great taste and reasonable price. The portion sizes, taste, quality of ingredients.. everything seems to be perfect and you won’t leave the place without appraising .. food customisations are also taken care of very well .. so in a nutshell .. this is a place I look forward to for my daily protein rich meals ..

The food here is absolutely delicious. It’s healthy+tasty, can’t ask for more. I specifically loved their grilled chicken. If you are on the hunt for nutritious and delicious meals to fuel your fitness journey, this spot is an absolute gem.

Excellent customer service provided with Tasty dishes being served ! Tried mouthwatering dishes like healthy salad, overnight soaked oats, veggie sandwich and veggie fried rice.. amazing Taste Kudos to the owner and the talented chef👍
