Had a wonderful dining experience at Mustard Madras. Special thanks to Soharab and Ravi for their excellent service. They were courteous, responsive, and took great care of our table throughout. Their hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Devanshu gave us excellent service at Mustard Madras. He was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. Really appreciated his friendly attitude and great hospitality. 😊

Went with my colleagues for a quick lunch however was let down by poor service, extremely long waiting time for getting food served to our table and unexplainable rigidness from Staff regarding menu items. List of things we tried :- 1. Ghee podi appe - Very good in taste, Must try 2. Rasam Papad - My favourite 3. Nagarjuna Veg dosa - Absolute Banger! Crispy dosa with spicy green chilly chutney on the inside. Unique and very delicious flavour combo. 4. Sampoorna Veg thali - Good but not great. Number of dry poriyal options were very less and no option to swap oily parotta or puri with chapati. 5. Murugan Non Veg thali - Good non veg options and felt like a complete hearty meal. 6. North Indian Veg & Non veg thali - Average (Can be avoided). 7. Bise bele bath - Very good, tangy spicy 🌶️ Overall I would call it a place with Great food options and taste but let down by its not so great service.

visited with my family. first we were four of us but water was offered for only 3 of us. even after requesting it took time to serve water for my brother. later main course didn't come together. also uttam we ordered for got delayed and we ordered for set dosa which which was not served untill we were almost done with our rest of the meal. when checked, it was found they placed order for Neer dosa instead. after correction still order was taking so much of time that after waiting for almost 15mins, they still wanted us to wait for more 10mins. as we were done with our meal, lastly we had to cancel the order. had to ask for cutlery and even to serve water. BEST PART WAS THE BILLING. IT DIDNT EVE TOOK 1 MIN TO GET THE BILL ON TABLE.

Had a really bad experience last night when I went for dinner. We started with the Idli Chaat, and it was only filled with oil taste. The idli wasn't fried well so was filled with oil. Next came the Veg Sampurna Thali which was also way below average. The items on the plate were cold, the rava kesari was burnt, the buttermilk had a sandy taste, the apalam had gone soggy, and the remaining items too were not every flavorful. The waiters didn't know what we had ordered and they came with vinegar onions and green chutney which is a staple for North Indian food and not the south indian thali. We did tell the manager about our food issues to which he had no answers. Underwhelming. Not worth a visit.

We ordered multiple things including dosa, wherein, the sambhar was not good at all. The masala (alloo filling) seemed stale. Not at all a good experience.

Worst service I have ever gotten at a restaurant which is rather pricey! The food was brought in parts, it was cold and no one seemed to know what they were doing. While the food was decent but the service at the restaurant was so poor it ruined the entire meal.

this place is nowhere close to what it used to be when this opened, almost 2 years ago. the service was really bad, the staff is rookie, and the food was pathetic!!! please avoid.
