We had a confirmed prepaid booking for 3 people for the Onam Sadhya and reached the restaurant well in advance for our booked slot. What followed was extremely frustrating. First, we were asked to wait for 30 minutes. Then we were told to come the next day. Finally, the manager told us that they do not serve at that time — despite the fact that we had a confirmed booking for that very slot. To make matters worse, the entire staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. The restaurant wasn’t even crowded, yet while we were there, we witnessed three other customers arguing with the staff over completely different issues. The manager had apparently put his phone on Do Not Disturb, because Zomato was unable to reach him regarding the booking. We then had to wait for almost an hour just to get the booking cancelled. Since we had already prepaid, our money was stuck, while the restaurant had absolutely nothing to lose.

One of the worst places for Onam Sadhya in Noida. As a Malayali, I was absolutely disappointed with what they served: 1. Served non authentic North Indian mixed pickle instead of lemon pickle 2. Served Matta rice and all curries cold (it was clearly bought from a caterer and served for a profit) 3. When we asked the waiter about the cold food, they first defended saying rice and curries are usually served cold in a Sadhya! 4. They also served curd rice and Tamil appalam instead of Kerala pappadam in an Onam Sadhya. 5. The Paayasam was average and they gave robusta banana with paayasam. Overall an absolutely disappointing experience. Highly recommend staying away from this restaurant.

Pathetic service and rude behaviour of the staff. They were over worked and irritable . When we gave feedback about the slow service ,they were argumentative and defensive about the whole thing. The food was not properly served there were 4-5 different people were serving and not even knowing the e items they were serving. There were only 5-6 families at the time we went.

The food was good, we ordered Sampoorna thali, extra we ordered Parotta, but the cost of parotta is too much Rs. 110/- for 1 parotta. which is actually more rhan the cost of 1kg. maida. Harish was a professional person
