Great food, the restaurant is assortment of chettinad and mamglorean cusines. they have got some authentic chetinnad stuff. Try their Gudbad( not comparable to Mangalore Pabbas) and Thanks to Mr Umesh, who looked after our table!

We ordered Chettinad Masala Dosa, Corn and cheese Uttappam and Rasam. Rasam was good, Dosa was decent but Uttapam was below avg.

The food was good but the service was very bad, no courtesy they didn’t ask if anything required. We had to ask for complimentary, some tables were served and some tables were just blatantly ignored. There were houseflies and fruit flies everywhere. Absolutely not worth it.

Food was just ok. The cutlets which we ordered didnt have salt. The stewards were a bit unprofessional in serving. The server was on mobile was he was serving the food. Rest of the food were just ok

I went there on my parent’s 30th anniversary, and chose this restaurant after seeing the love that they have for south indian food, the experience was really awful since the start first we waited for 45mins for a table even after we had booked a paid table earlier. After getting a table, nobody served us water and they didn’t even care to put glasses on the table. After placing the order for rasam we waited for almost 25mins just for Rasam. After that we placed a order for a veg starter platter and a non veg starter platter, but the service people or maybe the chef didn’t wanted to give us any chutneys or accompaniments (maybe they wanted us to die of choking after eating those spicy and dry kebabs) after telling the server almost 3 times they got the chutneys. When i mentioned their late service to the server, i got an answer saying that “staff kam hai” is that supposed to be my problem?? Am i not paying for good food and a good experience. Later we ordered for a dosa, appe and Hyderabadi mutton biryani, the waiter was so over-smart that he gave us the dosa which got cancelled from the table which was right beside us after we confessed him that we saw him doing that he gave me a arrogant look as if i have ruined his life or something. I don’t want to recommend or i myself honestly want to tell them to remove that Hyderabadi Biryani from the menu that isn’t biryani at all me being who has lived in Hyderabad for a long time, i know what rubbish they had presented me, it was just a indian overly spiced portion of fried rice and though i returned the entire portion, they were so inhospitable that they still charged it. Overall the experience was bad, the team at Mustard Madras has successfully ruined my parent’s 30th Anniversary with this kind of service and food. Thanks to the team for ruining my family’s beautiful evening. Will never even think of visiting again.

Placed an order and after a wait of 30mins, we’re informed the particular dish isn’t available. Very poor service. The parotta was really bad, the bill took forever to come and had shamelessly charged service charge despite such poor service.
