I ordered caremel latte, cappuccino and a penne pasta. The caremel flvour was too sweet. i asked them to fix it by replacing it with new one and adding less flavour this time, they refused stating they can add more expresso to lessen the flavour Bt replacement is not possible as it is as per their SOP otherwise they will charge both coffees. This fix only made my coffee more bitter. I paid ₹300 for this and total bill of ₹1000. Highly disappointed. Never going to visit here again.
