Pathetic service by manager Ms. Shweta. We had organised a family gathering of 40-50 people. The service was most poor I have ever seen in my experience, they don’t serve the food as per the agreed terms. Behaviour of the manager is also very rude and insensitive towards their customers. They shout and ill treat their clients. Besides agreeing on our mutual terms, they disagree at the time of occasion taking place. Worst experience ever! They should be strictly blacklisted from hospitality industry as well as from all the social networking platforms.

I went there on 21st Nov 2024 with my family to celebrate the birthday of a family member. I was really taken back by the rude service of the waiters, menu card without any pricing and DEAD COCKROACH in the chutney they served. When we confronted them they had no apologies and tried to brush the matter under the carpet. Please do not go to this place if you are concerned for your health and dont want to get looted in the garb of menu without prices. Pathetic Place, Pathetic Service

Poor management. Worst service. Shweta the manager was the worst manager I have ever seen in this field so unprofessional. We had a booking in Mystique melange and we paid the booking amount before reaching out the restaurant but they denied at last moment without informing us. I prefer do not visit this place in your life.

Never go to this resturant. There was cockroach in the chutney. Resturant gives you a A4 printed single page menu where prices are not written. When we called the floor manager to complain about cockroach, nobody came. We were informed that there is no manager on the duty. Food quality is substandard.

Poor management, worst service, unprofessional staff. Shweta, manager of Mystique melange who does not care about the customer. Don't go if you don't want to spoil your event or mood. They don't entertain people if you have a zomato or Swiggy booking.

ambience, food, service, everything is so poor that even a road side dhaba gives nicer food and service than this. if u r looking for fine dine in than this will be your worst choice ever. i vill never visit it again.

I was the regular customer here specially called my family for lunch here but today food taste was too tasteless. Experiece was bad
