this is to the owner of Nagpal joint at Qutub plaza market. just wanted to update the ruthless behavior of ur staff. the way they respond to customers is spoiling reputation of the brand.i have visited so many nagpal joints across Delhi / Gurgaon and the food has always been amazing. but I just couldnt order anything at this joint as the staff did not take any interest in answering to some very basic questions and was busy on cell phones.all 3 infact were busy with no work. it's will be good to train them well .
