Had a great experience at Naivedyam! The food tasted authentic and truly captured the flavors of South Indian cuisine. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. A nice touch was the complimentary buttermilk, which was refreshing and added to the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the dining area felt a bit hot due to the humid weather, which made it slightly uncomfortable. Apart from that, the food and service were excellent. Definitely worth visiting if you're looking for authentic South Indian food.

Both food and service was average. The taste of Naivedyam Thali was pathetic - specially the vegetables variety.

the food was good. But the menu in zomato here is very old . I will attach the menu which i took today. I don't know why the menu with new prices are not updated.

The food tastes as boring as it looks. We ordered Maharaja Thali and inly item number was increased. We asked him to give raita, the manager said it’s chargeable, we didn’t say anything but still ut seemed off. When my father asked for a mixed veg refill, he said item is fixed and is chargeable if you refill. Such unprofessionals, if that’s the case why is it NOT mentioned in the menu itself. How do u expect us to eat 3 poori and one parantha and one steam rice with such tiny portions. The manager was extremely rude and arrogant when countered that all south indian restaurants give unlimited portions in thali. Never stepping my foot again here. Unhygienic seats, watery korma, absolutely zero taste. Worst masala dosa, how can someone be wrong about masala dosa.

The food was good, but the washroom was very unhygienic and had a very bad smell. Another issue was that the waiter directly asked for a tip multiple times, saying, “Sir, please give a tip, we don’t charge service charges.” I found this quite uncomfortable and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced a waiter directly asking for a tip like this at any other restaurant. Overall, the food was good, but the hygiene and service experience need improvement.

very rude staff. very annoying conversation. we were sitting with friends our order finished 10 minutes earlier, one of the staff came and asked me to get up because you can't sit idle even for some time. either give order or go out. you can't sit. Restaurant was also not over crowded.

Shitty food, shitty ambience. Sambar is just water with lauki. Overhyped and overpriced. Half the menu is not available. Had a pathetic experince.
