Really loved my experience at NAO! The food was delicious, the interiors were beautiful, and honestly, the 45-minute drive was completely worth it. A special mention to Shrikant for his warm and attentive service he made the experience even better. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again! ✨

We were with an old person and the chair lift didn’t function. After waiting for 15 mins he had to climb. Although the staff apologised for it and claimed that it was the mall’s responsibility even then the restaurant should exercise diligence to make sure that it works when needed. Staff was courteous and service was prompt but the food was mixed quality. The non veg stone bowl was horrible. The rice had been overcooked. Spicey edamame and few other stuff was fine. But overall 3/4 on food and can be improved.
