I am a big fan of Naturals ice creams. Everytime I am here I try to taste a different variant. This time I decided to have their peach-apricot flavour. I always like it in a waffle cone and so was that day. I really liked the taste of peach which was something I have never tried before. I literally tasted as if I was having a real apricot fruit. As always the quality of ice cream is on point. Quantity is satisfying too. Prices are a little bit high I feel but the taste and quality brings me back again and again!! Had a good time like always!!

I've been ordering from this place for a while now. Some of their ice creams like sitaphal, lychee & mango are to die for. They bring a very nice blend of natural flavours. I however, did not dig their chocolate ice creams for some reason. I think it lacks a bit of sweetness in it. Otherwise it's a good place for ice cream cravers.

I tried the tender coconut ICECREAM for the first time which tasted great. The cost per scoop is valid as per the quality they are providing. They have many interesting flavors and sweetness is also balanced. I am looking forward to try more flavors

A huge fan of this brand but was disappointed with this outlet because ice cream tastes best when kept at a certain temperature. This outlet was serving ice creams that are not properly frozen.

I had ordered Double scoop Tender Coconut and Roasted Almonds through Zomato but the icecream was melting when delivered. Not happy Regards Sanjiv 9811091790

I would like to register a formal complaint against your employee Deepak Grover at your outlet DLF Galleria Marker Gurgaon. He over charged me  I asked for 3 scoops, 1 mango 1 coconut and 1 choco cream. He asked me to Paytm 280 Rs (reciept attached). He over charged me by making me pay for 2 mango scoops instead of one. On asking for bill he denied me the same intially. But on my insistence when he gave me the bill, when it came to light that he had overcharged me for one extra scoop which I hadnt ordered. When he felt he was caught manager of outlet came and told me that he was a trainee and gave me 70 Rs in cash refund which they had extracharged. Outlet manager and Deepak Grover like employees are bringinging disrupte to your retail and causing customer like me and your company monetary losses. I hope you take strict action aagainst them. Proofs attached for your reference. If you feel issue raised by me is correct do revert back.
