Naturals has kept the name and really the ice cream is actual ice cream and not just frozen ice. They have a multitude of options to choose from vanilla, chocolate, mango to all other fruits like - kiwi, blueberry, sitaphal flavour etc. Try their mango ice cream for sure 😁.

Please tell your customers beforehand if some flavour is sold out. Ordered malai ice cream with mango pieces. After payment was told that malai is sold out. No option of refund. Took another ice cream, the ice cream was less than a scoop and just mangoes. No one wants to pay 160 bucks for few pieces of mango and half a scoop of ice cream

A few days back, I bought a pack of Natural's Icecream, flavor Kesar Pista, from Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida. We have been having only this brand ever since the outlets opened in Noida. This time I found the flavor very different and artificially scented...not like the previous flavors. Hugely disappointed 😞

Tried kaju kismis and orange pistachios. Although the company claims the product to be natural but I never found the taste of best icecream here.

The Naturals outlet at Mall of India was a complete disappointment. The staff seemed disinterested and the hygiene standards were shockingly poor. The display was unappetizing, making it hard to enjoy what is usually a delightful experience. Tables were dirty, with used spoons and tissues scattered on the floor, which itself was muddy and unhygienic. When I requested the staff to clean the table, one of them visibly frowned before reluctantly responding once we made eye contact. While the ice cream quality remained consistent, the overall cleanliness and service left a lot to be desired. Definitely not up to the mark.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE and if you visit, beware of a person named Rajesh who usually handles billing. He’s one rude guy who doesn’t know how to talk to an 80 year old man standing in a queue for his turn and refuses rudely on his face for an ice cream at 11.35 pm while he billed another order just 10 seconds ago. There was no prior information and bcos he decided abruptly and depending on his mood, he turned his face and said ‘Nahin karunga abb billing…..aise to main raat ko ek bajey tuk yahin rahunga…..mujhe aur bhi kaam hain. The tone was harsh and behaviour unacceptable and mind you, he didn’t apologise till the end!
