The place is decent and has good options for team lunch/parties/special occasions. i attended the meet and greet ceremony of a close friend and the food was really amazing. It would be still difficult to comment if the same consistency is maintained even in ala carte orders as well.

Being a regular customer, today was a bad experience. Service was very poor and lazy. Even after taking ample preparation time, food was served cold. Zero hospitality by steward. Not upto standards of ITC/Fortune
