The service has gone from bad to worse. The basic service etiquette and service culture is missing. When Chinese is served condiments are never served. Water is charged but there is now where cost mentioned The cutlery was soiled Papad served was soggy Pineapple Raita was like water with pineapple pieces Spicy food mentioned is actually bland This was a good restaurant at one point in time.

3rd grade service very bad experience...butter received when soup was finishing & not melting in soup. order veg raita received jeera raita.....ordered lacha parantha received when food finished. the stupid waiters and manger was not able to reply or control this shit. l. every single customer there specifically 14 people saying same . these people giving bad name to park plaza only
