We went here after it was suggested to us by local people. Has exceptionally quick service and great variety of food. It has a lot of healthy options as well. Must try!

"I ordered a birthday cake for my mom all the way from overseas from Nik Baker's through Zomato, and it was delivered damaged. When I complained, Nik Baker's shifted the blame to the delivery guy. I reached out to Zomato's customer care, and they promised a callback within 24-48 hours, but no one got back to me. It was a special day, and I spent hours finding the perfect bakery to make it memorable for my mom. The experience was frustrating and embarrassing."

I bought - 1. Chocolate Mud Cake Slice 2. Banoffe pie 3. Belgium Chocolate Tart Out of which only Banoffee kept upto Nik bakers standard . Rest two were very hard , maybe they were old stuff , not very fresh ! Won’t buy anything except bread and coffee from Nik bakers for sure ! They have used some kind of sticky thing that chocolate on the cake shines , but it’s pathetic taste thing .

Despite the number of staff, their service has deteriorated over time. With only 2 tables occupied, they were not able to handle a spillage issue. I had to manually remove my plate or risk the spilt coffee soiling my clothes...all this, with their server was cemented to the floor and staring at the scenario.

Ridiculous policy when it comes to internet. on door it's written free wifi and make you order food but the internet get exhausted after 15 mins. not at all friendly for working professionals. over priced and unhelpful staff. staff told me sir below free wifi terms and conditions are also written. seriously. despite of asking help from manager he didn't even care attend and stood behind the counter doing nothing.

I ordered Thai curry bowl online from here. The restaurant packed the chai curry in a paper container and closed the paper lid with just 4 pieces of tape on corners, without sealing it. The paper container could not hold the hot liquid thai curry and started to leak. How foolish is the restaurant packing a liquid in a paper container. Poor service

Bad experience, a roadside bakery is better than this . The food looks like it will be nice but the taste tells a different story. I went there to pick pineapple pastry, stale taste on top of that they used canned pineapples. Highly disappointing

We regularly visit this place at club road.. the food and quality has degraded beyond imagination .. I was forced to write this we order pasta and burger this time.. but both were pathetic could eat pasta.. it was a loss of 1500 bucks straight

Pasta sauce was so thick, it felt like I was directly s eating maida And the taste was also not that good, we had to add add lots of oregano and chilly flakes to make it eatable
