The food is good plus the service. We ordered Black Forest cake which was satisfying. In main course we ordered paneer khati role, chole kulcha and blueberry pancake. All the three items were good. Chole kulcha was different and unexpectedly good. Brownie was light and tasty. The seating is not that good as everyone is walking past your table. This is the problem will every table.

the name ankur kashyap staff member has worst behaviour The experience here was beyond disappointing.  When I politely mentioned it to the staff, they were unbelievably rude and dismissive, as if I was bothering them for expecting decent service. The staff’s attitude was shocking —  no basic manners, and  they rolled their eyes and started fighting and threatening about me in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Definitely not a place to relax or enjoy a coffee. Save your money and your mood — there are far better cafés around that actually value customers. This one’s a total disaster.

This review is only for communicating message to Nik management. Ordered pasta. Seconds after payment, changed my mind to lasagne since photo at counter was very enticing. Requested for change. Cashier and manager highly adamant that exchange not possible. Such change in mind have been addressed 100% of times in my life, from street vendor to premium restaurant. I pleaded a lot, they did not pay heed. Shows customer service attitude. Least concerned to go out of way and send back a passionate customer happy. Fyi, taste of pasta was awesome. No complaints there.

I ordered 2 chicken puffs,2 mutton keema puffs,eclairs,coffee etc…got the food packed…chicken puffs were too oily n soggy n smelled real bad But the mutton puff was the worst the mutton keema was rotten…we left C.P otherwise literally would have thrown puffs on the counter…you are selling rotten stale overpriced food…only cakes,eclairs etc were fine…NEVER COMING BACK TO NIK BAKER’S
