was quite an experience. the hospitality was superb they replaced one dish just as we didn't liked the experience of what we expected. They really respect the customer. Must visit and try : calamari dragon, butter prawns and chicken dumpling.

Food and cocktails are really good. Fast and prompt service. The chopsticks need to be changed from the single use wooden ones that splinter when you break them apart to reusable steel ones.

Average food n a bad service! Despite multiple reminders took more than 45 minutes to get the order n some dishes were never served. Btw Turnip cake highly recommended but didn’t like it. Be sure before ordering. Drinks were decent. Have been to this restaurant earlier, had a great experience. Today was disappointing, to say the least.

Three stars because everything that we ate was salty. So the desserts were on the house, which was nice of them especially because the desserts were exceptional. The matcha crème brûlée, I can't believe somebody worked with matcha so well. And the mochi ice cream was also very delicious. But the food is mid.

Have been going to niko since day one the food is still amazing but the service has gone bad i literally had this waiter talking and gossiping about me and my friends infront of us because we objected to their bad attitude food is about love not to be treated badly

for the first time in the last two years have I experienced not so good about the quality of food preparation. something was not okay ...the preparations were too oily, under cooked chicken starters. I'm really disappointed with Niko today

There was no option to book a longer slot and the slot was just two hours long. If you are spending 5k at a place the least you can expect the staff is to be courteous
