Visited this place , tried Hot chocolate fudge Sundae , blueberry berry ice cream , manhattan special & Brownie Shake all time tasted really good , one of the best place to visit in delhi staff was very nice

Espresso fudge ice-cream. Too good. If its not available in cone or cup just order the ice-cream tub. Its that good.

Tried their chicken Tikka wrap yesterday and it was delicious. For that price it is a deal. Filled with soft chicken and the dressing with green chutney is so perfect. The paratha roll was crispy and it was served piping hot. Must try. The staff is really very sweet and polite. Need some more seating and be a regular joint like Starbucks. Great food

They have worked on look & feel of the place. The service and food quality can be improved. The sundae items are limited in comparison to Gianis. We ordered fruit sundae, and I have tried many many fruit sundaes in my life( Giani's, and local places) but the fruits being put were stale. The staff didn't agree that it was stale but they were kind enough to replace the order. Though in the overall transaction, we had a loss of ₹45, but it still hurts :P. I think, the staff can be more courteous in acknowledging the quality of food, and if they don't know what fresh fruits taste like, they should try Giani or sethi ice cream parlour. Not visiting the place in future, nor would recommend it to anyone. Try naturals/gianis maybe!

We went here on 16th August. As soon as we entered, the place smelt of smoked oil. It was off putting and we were struggling to stay at the place. The staff also seemed overwhelmed and were struggling to complete orders, clear tables etc. I recommend that the kitchen be separated from the dining area. We ordered a junior hcf and zafrani badam pista ice cream. Both tasted good. Since we were feeling extremely nauseous because of the smell. We had to get out asap. Recommend visiting this place only if they resolve the issue of separating the kitchen from the dining area.

The original nirula’s was the best. The quality of the food is pathetic. The hygiene is zero. They should just focus on one segment and that is ice cream. Earlier nirula’s was very famous for its burgers and dal makhni but eating now , you’ll just experience and taste packed food. Not recommending to anybody.

It's NO more Nirula's ORIGINAL BIG BOY BURGERS & without hash brown, the taste was crap even for any burgers. I think they have lost the recipe of yester time BiG BOY burger. Even the service was worst and the only thing which was good that it was clean.

Ordered burgers and ice cream sodas. Burgers were dripping in sauce and the burger bun was crumbling to pieces. The patty was half outside and the burger tasted aweful. Ice cream soda was only soda and hardly any ice cream.

The staff was so rude. There was no rush still order took a lot of time. Food was pathetic. We ordered pizza and burger, both tasted below average. Just waste of money. It was such a bad experience, never visiting again.
