{uid:41025002} is my all time favorite eating outlet in between the quality really degraded but I am happy that it has managed to come back with a bang. This place has alot of my childhood memories. This place is clean, lovely ambiance and amazing staff. Must try ▪︎Vegetarian pizza ▪︎ Mutton chop ▪︎chicken chop ▪︎ Chicken burger ▪︎ hot chocolate fudge ▪︎strawberry icecream

#nirulas has grown to be my best friend ever since it has opened it’s eyes wide in #hauzkhas ❤️ This basic Veg Burger with hash brown on it’s sidekick and the loaded Chicken Tikka Footlong will kill your hunger along with melting on your taste buds like a bomb explosion. Hence, check in too soon for you never know what you’re missing. #nirulas #burger #veggieburgers #hashbrowns

Nirula's once upon a time was the flag bearer of Continental Food & Ice Creams in Delhi💯 What if I tell you that items such as Potpourri, Lamb Chops, Mutton Burger, Ice Cream Sundaes were made available to the general public of India first time by Nirula's😮 Nirula's was the undisputed king of Continental food for a long time starting in 1970s and leading up till the late 90s❗️Before foreign brands came in and started conquering the market. They had seperate sections for Ice Cream, Bakery, North Indian, Pizza and what not! Their restaurants were most huge, almost all of them having Ice Cream parlous serving Hot Chocolate Fudge and other delightful ice creams such as 21 Love, Nutty Buddy🍦 Fast forward to today, Nirula's is nothing more than a Quick Service restaurant struggling to survive in the densely populated market of Fast Food in India dominated by Burger & Pizza giants💥 Some items still worthy of trying are: 1. Ice Cream Sodas 2. Hot Chocolate Fudge 3. Big Boy Mutton Burger 4. Capsicum, Cheese & Onion Pizza Shoutout to the sugar free ice cream range that they have introduced🔥 Momos also tasted good and decently priced👍🏼 Hauz Khas branch is conveniently tucked in the G block market. With hardly 4 tables, so you can rely on takeaway/delivery or a quick bite from here. During my visit many options were not able but the staff tried their best to serve us well🙂

We ordered ivecream soda and liked it, so ordered another portion again. However, some icecreams are good but staff is horrible. They served next icecream sodas in tiny glassess and handed over soda seperately without informing unavailability of required glasses. It was pure sugar syrup mixed with vanilla icecream with just few drops of soda, totally inedible as compared to the previous one. We complained as to why we were not informed, but the defiant boy refused to accept or rectify it.

The new location of Nirulas in Hauz Khas is not maintained well. The place is untidy and there’s lack of cleanliness. Inspite of it being empty, the tables were dirty. While there were no customers when we entered, and 4-5 staff members, they weren’t attending properly and were a bit rude. There were no tissue papers in this outlet which is quite strange. Very disappointing. Will not be visiting this outlet again.

Nirulas has moved to a new location in hauz khas which was a huge mistake. The new place smeels bad, there is no ventilation. There is open kitchen which fills the seating area with smell of oil, grease and items being cooked which can be HUGE issues for vegetarian folks. Ice cream displayed were melting and some even felt were not being cooled properly as if a top layer of mold was being formed. Restaurant air felt stale and rotten due to lack of hygiene and ventilation. Such a shame that Nirulas standards have fallen so low and whoever told them to shift to new location made a huge mistake

The wood was smelling bad I ordered pizza and chicken tikka roll it was not fresh When i asked staff to check the quality then they saud that food is frozen we serve this quality only they replace the pizza and it was also of worst quality I would never recommend any of you to buy from Nirulas hauz khas . Pizza was also not well baked bread was smelling bad and low quality products were used worst experience ever.

Asked them for a normal glass of water. They did not have normal water. Staff were very uncooperative and rude. Would not recommend this outlet

There was a rat today in the restaurant. That’s against the PFA act and should be reported. I wonder how hygienic the food is.
