The staff is very nice and incharge Raghav is very good in talking and gives very good service for everything and the way of talking is amazing. I was very happy to go away. Every store should have staff like this.

Hot chocolate fudge ice cream. Wonderful flavour. Here the secret is the hot chocolate sauce well mixed with the ice cream with nuts. which gives a wonderful taste.

If you haven’t had hot chocolate fudge from nirula’s One is really missing something. That’s their must try . Other flavours incl. 21 love , Delhi delight are super amazing. Just a little bit improvement in delivery especially when its a ice cream delivery and its perfect Thumbs up

Hot Shoppe special pizzas were both supposed to have sweet corn and black olives. The non-veg one didn't have onions mentioned in the description, but included them. The thin crust veggie supremo was supposed to have cherry tomato and basil, but didn't. The Hot Choc fudges almost made up for it though. The package that arrived included pizzas sitting next to the ice cream - so we kind of cold by the time they arrived (within 10 minutes of be made).

Small outlet but must try, I really love Nirulas, One can try All American Banana Split, that is really good. Also, no one can complete the Hot chocolate fudge they have.

One of the old name in ice cream "Nirula's". Tried after a long time but still the taste is good. Had Hot choclate classic brownie. The taste was awesome

I HAD ORDERED 2 HCF ORIGINAL. THERE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE 3 SCOOPS IN IT. BUT WHENEVER YOU ORDER ONLINE AND THEY DELIVER AT HOME THEY SEND 2 SCOOPS. THIS IS CLEAR CASE OF CHEATING. PEOPLE ARE GETTING FULL MONEY BUT STILL NOT READY TO GIVE QUALITY AND QUANTITY. WHAT SERVICE IS THIS? THERE IS NOT INTEGRITY LEFT IN THESE ONLINE BUSINESS. ITS BAD FOR THIS BUSINESS IF YOU FOOL THE CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE  FROM NIRULAS. THIS IS THEIR COMMON "CHORI "ACROSS ALL STORES. SAME HAPPENED WITH NEW FRIENDS COLONY STORE. WHEN YOU GO AND HAVE IT IN THE STORE THE QUANTITY IS MORE AND WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE THE QUANTITY IS LESS. WHY IS IT SO? WHEN YOU TAKE FULL PAYMENT HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO DELIVER .SPOLING THE BUSINESS FOR A  FEW PENNIES. THIS IS CALLED PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH.YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS WILL  GO DOWN FINALLY IF YOU WORK THIS WAY

Ordered the Chicken mahaburger. Was below average in taste. Specially asked for extra mustard sauce but wasn’t given to me. Will not be willing to order again.

Hot chocolate fudge used to be my favourite but now looking at portion size and quality of hot chocolate used its bad don’t recommend
