Tried veg pizza for the first time and it was amazing. Nirula's is something i always knew for the icecreams only but this changed my mind.

I visited your Malviya Nagar outlet today and was appalled by the behaviour of two of the staff. When asked to make my order little faster, the boy was extremely rude and told me he cant do anymore faster. they are very loud between themselves, disregarding customers are waiting. i have been visiting Nirulas since 1997 and this was the first experience of the kind. kindly take care.

Ordered Banana Sunday! They didn’t have banana , the banana which they bought was old and blackish,asked to change it , the person did not listen and put the same one in the ice cream. Ice cream was good,it was the banana which was a problem.
