The food was good but the pizza could have been better. It was my mom’s birthday, we’d ordered Peri Peri Pasta, Mumbai Sandwich, Paneer Tikka Pizza, Chicken Tikka, Virgin Mojitos and cold coffee. Everything was ok but the pizza was a little weird in taste. Overall ambience experience was nice!

Your staff is being very stubborn and seems to be enforcing their own rules instead of following standard policies. I’m quite disappointed with their behavior and the way they’ve handled this situation. I hope you look into this and ensure your staff communicates more professionally and consistently with customers.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE – ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our experience at this pub was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We had initially reserved a table through District (Zomato) and even added money to the District app to make our dining payment. However, upon arrival, the receptionist refused to honor our reservation, claiming they do not accept bookings or payments through District. Instead, he insisted that we book through Swiggy, so we had no choice but to make another reservation there before being seated. The problems didn’t end there. We ordered cocktails under a combo offer listed on their menu and confirmed beforehand that we would be paying through UPI or the Swiggy app. However, when the bill arrived, they suddenly informed us that payment through the Swiggy app was not allowed. To resolve the issue, we suggested paying separately for the cocktail combo through a regular bill while paying the remaining amount via the Swiggy app. They refused. We then requested separate bills, which they also denied. They even claimed they couldn’t generate a revised bill. When we asked to speak to the manager, he repeated the same thing in a rude and dismissive manner, offering no solution whatsoever. After a long and unnecessary argument, we were forced to pay the entire bill without receiving any of the combo or app discounts. Our final bill exceeded ₹5,000, and we ended up paying far more than expected because they refused to honor the offers. To make matters worse, within 10 minutes of clearing the bill, the staff asked us to leave immediately, even though we were still finishing our food. When we politely requested just a couple more minutes, they threatened to switch off the lights and lock the doors. What made this even more frustrating was that several other customers were still seated, ordering food and drinks, yet only our table was repeatedly asked to leave. It was evident that this happened because it was a weekend and they simply didn’t want to honor any discounts from third-party platforms. We’ve visited this place on weekdays before, and they had accepted payments through the District app without any issues. Their policies seem to change depending on their convenience, leaving customers to bear the cost. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Poor customer service, inconsistent policies, unprofessional staff, and rude management. We definitely won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

They are ridiculous. Firstly there’s no mention of no discount on alcohol still we have always agreed to use discount only on food and this time they denied even on food. When we showed them our previous bill in which we have taken discount, the staff had the audacity to tell us that we should have kept the bill and they don’t have the records.
