We stayed at the ITC for a night and spent some time at Nutmeg after our checkout while we were finishing some work. While we were there we witnessed some guests that were very rude to the staff. However, the staff dealt with the situation very gracefully. Marak in particular was very calm and polite despite the unruly behaviour. She maintained her poise even when the guests walked out yelling at her. Kudos to the staff at ITC
