Absolutely the worst experience for our post-wedding celebration. We booked for 20 guests and faced a complete disaster. There was a power cut from 2 PM to 6 PM with no backup generator or AC, leaving everyone sweating in the heat. Even worse, there was no water in the washrooms, which was incredibly humiliating for our female guests. Service was pathetic—only 1 waiter for 20 people, massive food delays, and 5 of our guests didn't even get to eat. To top it off, they tried to cheat us by billing for 22 people instead of 20, forcing us to tell them to check their CCTV to prove it. Complete waste of money and zero respect for customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

This was a terrible experience from both restaurant and district. The we booked for 1 beverage per person was given when we arrived and were told it was for host only. District didnt helo with this and told they could do nothing. No compensation or any refund for the mistake they made was given. Restaurant was also not prepared, even mojito was not available. Food and beverage were okay not great. would recommend going somewhere else at this price.

Absolutely pathetic service. They operate on their own random rules and expect customers to adjust. Even after 50% off, the food is overpriced and not worth it. The “dimsum” were nothing but moti maida momos, and despite clearly confirming a thick-base pizza before ordering, they served a thin crust instead. Misleading, careless, and unapologetic. Save your money and your mood. Highly not recommended.

mocktail was okay. the starters was taste less. chicken seems long time frozen. they serve fish tikka which has no taste. they serve cold chicken biryani. the chicken curry was also taste less. just a waste of money and time. only crisy corn was tasty.

Went for lunch expecting a buffet but it wasn’t available. Food quality was disappointing—undercooked, strong smell, and overly salty. Not worth the price they charged
