Waiters over here, they don’t treat you properly… They have a different kind of attitude every time when I tried to order something, the waiters will not take your order instead they will give you tippani ki yeh le lo voh le lo… which was so annoying…. I’m myself a Bengali and went out with punjabi friends, and these sort of things happening lower the Aura of the place and Bengali reputation. Maa taara hotel, aami bangali wayy wayy better.

serving stale food in durga pujo buffet at tge cost of 2100. Staff refused to accept online payment via booking apps and insisted we pay only with cash, credit card or UPI. The buffet menu had no paturi or any classic Bengali dishes.
