Had a good experience dining at Okasa. The absolute highlight of our meal was the Onion Masala Roti—definitely a must-try. The food preparation took a little bit of time, but the end result was well worth the wait. ​The hospitality was warm and welcoming. A huge plus is that they have a separate, AC, non-smoking section for families, which made the environment very comfortable.

I tried to book a table through Zomato for Saturday, but the restaurant refused saying they don’t accept Zomato bookings on Saturdays. At the time of billing, we were charged extra amounts that were not mentioned anywhere. For example, bottled water was listed as ₹70 on the menu but they charged ₹79, and when we asked they said it was due to GST. However, GST was already charged separately in the bill. Overall the experience was very disappointing due to unclear policies and hidden charges. I request the management to be transparent about booking rules and pricing.

My experience here was extremely disappointing. The place is nothing like how it appears online—completely misleading. On top of that, the staff’s behavior was rude and unprofessional. We had booked through Zomato District, but they refused to accept it and insisted that we pay the full amount directly without any discount. Instead of resolving the issue politely, they argued and created an uncomfortable scene. Between the poor service, chaotic handling, and rowdy attitude, this place is not worth visiting at all. Definitely not recommended.

The service was very poor The staff suggested the item and I ordered but after two times asking the staff said the food is not available and after that he said this item is available what is going on no matter guest how long wait for single item I request to the owner take an action on this matter I will never come again and I suggest to friends also and the manager didn't support service charge is not compulsory as per govt rule so if you remove service charge this not any favor to us this is my choice I have to pay or not.

One of the most pathetic food I had today . Not worth the price they charge . The cook doesn’t know what sauce to add on the pizza and we just couldn’t swallow one slice - it was sooo bad . It’s not a restaurant but degraded version of a pub, Not at all recommended to go with your partner or with anyone on this earth. Cheap crowd with loud music , bad very bad food , not at all hygienic. One of the most worst experience .
