Had a wonderful dinner with my family at OKO. Divya and Ayushi were our servers for the evening and extremely polite and professional. We ordered the Crunchy Yasai Roll upon Divya’s recommendation and really enjoyed it. Other than that, we had the vegetable crystal dumpling, gyoza ramen and pan friend noodles in Cantonese sauce. Everything tasted incredible. We loved the noodles so much that we ordered another serving. We finished the meal with Tub Tim Krob, which was absolutely delectable!

Service needs to be improved considerably. When we entered at 2:40 we were immediately told that the last order is at 3 which was fine but then the woman taking our order was visibly irritated as we asked her questions about the food menu. When the food came, no one offered to serve. No one came to ask if everything was fine, food was ok even though the restaurant was empty. No one came to ask for a water refill. In food, the vegetable crystal dumplings were bad. Fish was very good and so were the noodles and the vegetable sauce. They were also nice enough to give a small cake for my father’s birthday and quickly give a noodle soup to my niece who was hungry

The food was very good. The ambience was very nice. The view of the whole city nice. The service needs improvement. We booked our table for 2:15 thinking we would enjoy and spend time. But we were denied ordering any food post 3pm. Not accepting any order post 3 was not acceptable. We were left hungry. Something a restraunt in Oberoi or Leela would never. And the waiter serving us also left before even we left. That was not done.

The food and ambience was good. But service was pretty average considering a restaurant of this level. Even after standing frim table and calling 3-4 times they were unwilling to attend. Everytime I need to call the waiter one of us would have to walk to the waiter and call And also what surprised me was the valet parking was paid in a 5 star hotel ₹200 which they ask not upon arrival but after leaving.

So there was a long strand of hair in the food… they offered us a couple of Desserts as apology …. And trust me you … they were worse …. The cheese cake was tough and difficult to cut and only tasted of milk powder …. The other dessert which apparently was a highlight was bitter and tasteless…. And when my daughter gave them a feedback … they retorted… “You must respect food… shouldn’t complain…” Really????

The server VIKAS was very rude to us, we had requested for a window side table despite it was vacant but he denied saying it is priorly reserved then we saw and noticed a couple seated on that same table without prior reservation. Firstly he has no sense and manners to speak secondly you can’t be this rude to the customers. I would like senior authorities to get involved in this matter and seriously train the staff.
