The Aloo Poori is my favorite—absolutely delicious and satisfying. I mostly go there on Sunday Mornings to indulge in their delicious Aloo Poori. The service is friendly, and the place is great for a quick bite or takeout.

Best choice for vegetarians and sweets if you stay near jail road. Known for their Dhoda Barfi and Rossogulla. Loved thier baked goods too.

The food at this restaurant was utterly disappointing. It seemed like food from the previous day, stored in the fridge and then reheated and tossed again in the pan and then served .The taste was completely lacking, yet the prices were shockingly high. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for quality was appalling, making the experience not worth the cost from such a big food outlet .

Today I ordered khoya pista burfi through Zomato. They sent me boondi ladoo instead of burfi. Since payment was made in advance, delivery agent refused to take responsibility. Sent photos to Zomato but they didn’t resolve it till now. Om Sweets number is either busy or no reply. Pathetic experience. They cheat their customers.

Pathetic experience. Sent wrong item in delivery and blamed on delivery agent. I tried calling back again numerous times to clear out what caused the blunder and they didn't pick up the call. The numbers provided in restaurant contact is useless since they hardly pick up any calls in my experience.

Ordered 18 pcs long gulab jamun. And all was bad and tasting sour. And their is no response from the Om sweets. We have tried 3 pieces but all the three pieces are bad and not eatable

The kaju barfi was not of good quality it gave stomach issues whenever we consumed (3 times)and we subsequently threw it away.

Take too much time to prepare an order . Food quality and taste was not bad but average. You can find more best alternative.
