I have been going to Om Sweets for so many years now. The sweets are always good, but today, I was appalled by their service. Excessive wait time, rude staff, and to add to that pathetic food. Understood it's festival time but if you can't handle the crowd and provide good food might as well close your shop. I will definitely be staying away from them and recommend you all to do the same.

Ordered paneer dosa and chole bhature but taste was not what I expected. Paneer filling was also of poor quality.

Beware of thieves. I ordered box of banarsi ladoo of weight 1/2 kg and the staff packed just 6 ladoos which is half the box only. I ordered two plates of marar kulcha they packed choley instead of matar. They did not even informed me.The samosa i ordered they packed more than were visibly half burner. Staff is cheating n stealing. Worst experience will never visit again
