Oke of my favourite place to order sweets and snacks in gurgaon. Their kaju katli and pav bhaji are the best. Do check them out.

Ordered matar kulcha and golgappe from om sweets. Matar were cooked well and had the right balance of spices and were accompanied with butter smeared kulcha and onions, lemon and chilli Loved them. Also ordered golgappa which were accompanied with Meetha & Khatta water but had better golgappa at other places. Quality of golgappa should be worked upon! Overall a pleasant experience.

Best ghevar in town. Also, they allow ordering in small quantity too. The dine in space is decent. Gulab Jamuns are excellent too.

Today my order took more than 40 minutes to get delivered that too when I have just ordered pani puri and veg noodles. Nothing special that should have taken so long. Also whenever I have visited them in Sushant lok vyapar kendra the attitude of the person sitting in counter is sick. Always looks pissed. Never seen him greeting his customers politely. This is for sure my last order with them.

I had ordered a Dodha barfi and was sent sweets prepared 10 days ago. on raising this issue with them, they mentioned that this sweet can be consumed for 5 more days and refused to replace it. Utterly dissapointed and worst customer satisfaction. How can they sell sweets prepared 10 days old to customers and be so rude about it. Worst experience.

Very pathetic service and staff rude behaviour on phone call by om sweets sector 57 order 4 pcs rasmalai they prepare my order 40 mins delay and i get 4 pcs rasmalai in 1 hours which was readymade product which should be pack within 5 minutes they packed 40 min delay
