Visited the Good Earth outlet recently and what a pathetic experience it was. We ordered Matar Kulcha. They served us cold matar and when we asked them to heat it up and bring it, they took good fifteen minutes and still returned with the cold dish. The French fries were not cooked properly and the paneer that we ordered as a part of another dish was bland and tasteless. The service was extremely slow and the staff had " I don't care attitude". Although they waived off the cost for Matar Kulcha, but the bad taste of service still remains in my mouth. Not visiting any Om Sweets ever again !

The restaurant do not prepare food on time, they show item in there stock but when we order the items are not available and that is being informed after 30 mins of order placement. They are even not able to prepare 5 rotis within 30 mins of time and no updates are provided to the delivery partners or the customer. They do not pickup calls from customer, ZOMATO representative and more. Really bad experience with this outlet of OM sweets. Management really need to check upon them.

Deserve a negative rating. Pathetic service. Had booked it for party of 40 people , when we reached no seating arrangement was done in fact other customers were sitting in planned area. Mr. Manoj who was supposed and had ensured that they will do everything perfectly has not passed on correct information to morning staff. He himself comes at at 1pm. Even the staff delayed the orders and spoilt the complete mood of celebration.

I ordered 16 boxes of sweets and namkin. it took them approx. 3 hours to deliver with entire order being wrong and all the boxes open. this is the worst service at the time of festival. if you cannot deliver the order then you should not accept the order. I will not recommend anyone to order from om sweets through zomato as both are worst service provider.

Veg biryani was just veg pulao. Not in layers. My wife prepare 100 times better than this. zero number for biryai In chinese platter spring roll was soggy, other vegetable gravy spill over it. Overall taste of it was average.
