Food quality is bad, quality of the desserts and sweets for which Om sweets is known for has gone for a toss. Management isn’t bothered to take any feedback positively, not going to waste my money again at this place.

Please do not visit om sweets of 81 sector its waste of money and its very bad place to visit i visited one day with family it was very bad experience there was not good service and taste was also not good and today i ordered gulab jamun as it was only place in night was delivering gulab jamun but i received rasgulla and zomato asked to contact restaurant but they did not pick call its very unprofessional

worst om restaurant in Faridabad area....these guys are so cheap that they use half the packaging as compared to packing done by om Sweets sector 16 or NIT also every time one or other thing is missing in the order...owner of this om is cheap minded person and has hired cheap minded staff...never faced such issues with other om Sweets resturants

Most pathetic om sweets outlet ever, miss management at it’s peak. We waited for 15 mins for waiter to come, another 10 mins to get him water for us and another 35 mins to get our food on the table. Then the food was pathetic!!!!

Went their for a family dinner but it was a worst experience. Food taste, quality, service nothing was upto the mark. Waited atleast 20 min just to order food worst service. Would have to request floor manager for everything.

The service was so poor. They try and create a fake hype, but the service and the food both are so pathetic. A 100% would not recommend this. The other branches are far better than this one specifically.

extremely diluted ras malai was served that too of no quality..... lal rasbhari was served with dead flies stuck on rasbhari... pathetic hygiene maintained by OM SWEETS WORLD STREET BRANCH.

Ordered dosa revived cold asked for replacement they took same and bring same after microwave Ordered food revived dal and malai kofta. Dint received chapati waited for 25 minutes.
