This would eventually become my fav spot in Gurgaon. One of the best coffee I have even tried in my life will visit it more often. I ordered a avocado dosa 9/10 , a pesto pasta 10/10 and burnt butter coffee ♾️/10. I love the place the staff is friendly very attentive.

I was offered a table to sit by the restaurant crew. Post sitting, I was asked to move to another table as it was rush hour for them and we were 2. The service is really poor and some of staff is untrained. Sometimes they tell you to wait, sometimes they tell you sit outside and smoke. They can’t give you a proper sitting. When I complained they told me to come in non-rush hour between Monday to Friday. Pathetic guest service

The food was below its usual standard, especially the Idukki chocolate mocha and paella. Our order was not registered, and we only discovered this after following up 30 minutes later. Despite being told the kitchen was backed up, tables seated well after us were served first. The service needs significant improvement.

Completely downgraded! Yuck food, full time a camera on your face as they want to record constantly, high bill, zero presentation and rude chef and staff. Reduced portion sizes, not recommending! And the chef, one of the most rude person ive ever seen

The service is so bad that even after 40 mins no food was served. Despite following up with 4 staff and asking them that at least get the food for the kid but still no one got anything for a very long time. For some other order I could also see the owner shouting continuously at the chef which was looking so weird considering they have open kitchen and everyone could notice. When I told them that I would write a review the owner even got upset and behaved rudely. Really one of the worst experiences and not worth visiting.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. It’s unbelievable that the owner and Culinary Director, Chetna, treats customers with such arrogance and disrespect. Her misbehaviour and complete lack of basic courtesy ruined the entire experience. I’ve rarely come across someone so rude in hospitality. No matter how good the food may be, nothing justifies treating customers this way. I certainly won’t be returning.

I recently visited the place and was working and ordered a coffee for the time being. The manager or the owner came and asked that I cant work and have to leave. They didn’t even waited for my coffee to be there. Even though visiting them for a good coffee but this kind of service definitely not acceptable.
