Been here with family and friends for a little celebration. pros : food is delicious 3.5/5 The ambience is amazing , really cool and cozy vibes , a must visit place during upcoming winters 4/5 hygiene 5/5 cons : The crowd was a little rowdy given it was 8:30 p.m . the place is family oriented but thankfully we didn't face any challenges regarding this. The price of items on the menu could be tweaked a little less to offer a much better experience . If you cannot endure the hot weather , make sure to book a reservation for the AC rooms inside . overall the experience was quite great with a very good service from the staff 5/5 I wish to come here more often hoping the management works more on the better experience of people.

The food is good, options are fine. Not as crowded as other BYOs in Gurgaon but overall itna bhi bura nahi hai jitni logo ne rating di hai 😂 Costly for sure, but what is cheap in Gurgaon anyway if you want to attract good crowd?

They need to improve their price list as per location and menu. Its not hardcore ggn place to enjoy. Need to rethink about some terms and conditions. Rest all just ok.

I recently visited One Off and honestly, the experience was quite disappointing considering the hype and pricing. The overall ambiance is fine — decent music, good lighting, and okay seating — but the prices and billing practices really spoil the mood. Firstly, the menu is heavily overpriced. Even basic food are charged way above reasonable . It feels like they’ve marked up everything just to project a “premium” image. To make things worse, they added 10% service charges on top of already billing the corkage charges which includes the service charges. The servive charges are not mandatory to pay and are removed from the bill if the customer asks it to be removed as per law. When asked about it, the staff didn’t provide a clear explanation and refused to strike off the service charges. It honestly felt like an unnecessary add-on to the bill that customers shouldn’t have to pay unless they choose to. The pricing policy and hidden charges left a very bad impression. For the kind of amount they charge, I expected a much better and more transparent experience.

Absolute joke in terms of customer service. the behaviour of the staff is unbearable, and everyone is so arrogant. The guys at the entry gate are rude and have no sense of respect or control on the language they use. Mohit and others at the entry treat you like crap. plus most of the items in the menu are not available. no mocktails, no side drinks, its literally torture to sit and ask for anything here. wish it could be given a negative star for their service. utterly pathetic as an overall summary

We ordered Paneer Chilly Broccoli x2, Hot and sweet potato and Dahi Kabebs. There were 3 of us who ate, 1 of us had beer. All three of us had severe diarrhoea the next day.. The quality of the food is pathetic, please do not eat at this place.. I would not recommend this place if you are planning to eat out. I am not sure what they are adding to these dishes, if it's the oil or something else which is really really bad.

I visited this place with a couple of Friends and the place although has nice ambience serves average food. The price was high given the quality served. Also there was this unruly / drunk customer who kept on coming to our / other customers table - the management should have intervened but seemed like they knowingly ignored his misdemeanours I would avoid this place for future

pros: 1) food taste is good. 2) entire setup is very good. cons: 1) music is very loud, you can't have discussion properly even inside the rooms. 2) price is very high
